Evening symposium - hybrid event
The draft bill on the further development of reorganization law (SanInsFoG) and the government bill soon to follow are setting insolvency law in motion. We therefore want to focus our 29th ZIS evening symposium, which has already been scheduled for November 10, entirely on the draft and discuss with you the new issues arising from the intersection of insolvency and tax law.
